  1. You should have at least PR 1 on the page where you place our link

  2. You must have my recip link on your page before you submit yours, other wise my script wont let you in

  3. I have a spider who scan through for my reciprocal links several times a day, so If you remove my link from your page after submitting yours, my spider will detect your unethical action and will remove your link too, so do not waste your time and mine.

  4. I have a right to delete your link without giving you any reasons. (Of course I'm not doing it without a reason)
